Ticket exchange at Festival

Hello,

Has anyone had to exchange the ticket type at the Festival in past years? Was it possible?

Unfortunately I purchased the Hurricane Park tickets but can't get an trailer park ticket. We will be traveling by RV around the country after the Festival.
